All services are delivered based on the specifications agreed upon in a signed work order or contract. Any use of equipment or documentation outside the agreed scope is at the user's own risk.

You agree to operate all equipment in accordance with the provided manuals and safety guidelines. You are responsible for maintaining a suitable environment for installation, including adequate power supply, ventilation, and load-bearing floors. Any modifications to the machinery without written consent from Jiwoya.com void all warranties and shift liability to the user.

Jiwoya.com shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our equipment, including but not limited to production downtime, material waste, or injury caused by improper installation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Jiwoya.com reserves the right to suspend access or support immediately if the user violates these terms, fails to pay invoices within 60 days, or operates equipment in a manner that poses a safety risk. Upon termination, the user must return or destroy any proprietary documentation provided.

These terms may be updated at any time. Jiwoya.com will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the website.
